Welcome to Pet Nanny, Pet Sitters of the Main Line. By using our services, website, or communicating with our team, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Pet Nanny provides professional pet sitting, dog walking, and related pet care services to clients located on the Main Line and surrounding areas.

All services are customized based on your pet’s needs and the details provided during your consultation.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your pets, home, and care instructions
  • Disclose any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or risks
  • Ensure pets are up to date on vaccinations as required
  • Provide safe access to your home (key, lockbox, entry instructions, etc.)
  • Maintain a safe environment for our team members

Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of services.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability
  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on service type and time of year
  • Holiday and peak period cancellations may be subject to stricter policies and fees
    Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
  • Specific cancellation terms will be outlined during booking.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept approved payment methods as outlined during booking
  • Late or declined payments may result in service suspension

5. Access to Property

Clients must provide secure and reliable access to their home.

Pet Nanny is not responsible for:

  • Issues caused by faulty locks, alarms, or entry systems
  • Missed visits due to inability to access the home

6. Pet Health & Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency:

  • Pet Nanny will make reasonable efforts to contact you
  • If you are unavailable, we will seek veterinary care at your preferred vet or nearest available provider

You agree to:

  • Authorize emergency medical care
  • Assume responsibility for all veterinary costs

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide safe and loving care:

  • Pet Nanny is not liable for unforeseen events including illness, injury, or death of a pet due to pre-existing conditions or natural causes
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pets (to property, items, or themselves)
  • We are not liable for events beyond our control, including weather, emergencies, or acts of nature

8. Safety & Aggressive Behavior

For the safety of our team:

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a pet displays aggressive or unsafe behavior
  • Clients must disclose any history of biting or aggression

9. Photos & Updates

We may send visit updates, photos, or messages during service.

By using our services, you grant permission for Pet Nanny to use non-identifying pet photos for marketing or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Communication & SMS Messaging

By providing your contact information, you agree that Pet Nanny may contact you via:

  • Phone
  • Email
  • SMS (text messages)

These communications may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates
  • Account notifications
  • Occasional promotional messages (if opted in)

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only as necessary to provide services (such as with team members or SMS providers).
