It’s Be Kind to Animals Week; Get Involved

From May 5 through May 11, it’s Be Kind to Animals Week as the American Humane Association wants you, loving pet owners and general animal lovers, to be involved. There are dozens of ways for fans and readers to get involved. The first three ways for one to join the cuase are becoming a member for FREE on the website, as well as making any small or large donation to the care and well-being of a dog and/or cat. You can also spread the word, as it’s the most popular form of communication, especially with Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon and several more social media outlets.

Other fun and great ways to become involved:

• Adopt a pet from a shelter

• Take proper care of your pet

• Be thankful for wildlife

• Report animal abuse
